Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor – Inverness
Location: Inverness, Scotland
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Inverness. This is a broad-based role covering a variety of projects across the Highlands and Islands, offering the chance to work on diverse and exciting developments and contribute to their successful delivery.
The role will also provide an opportunity to undertake Project Management and Employer’s Agent Services on a variety of developments.
About You
-
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

Experience across a range of construction projects
-
Strong knowledge of contracts (NEC, JCT) and procurement processes
-
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Membership of RICS (or working towards) is desirable
