RESIDENTIAL VALUER

We have a vacancy for a suitably qualified residential surveyor/soon to be qualified surveyor to join our valuation team covering the north of Scotland.  Consideration may also be given to those wishing a commercial/residential split.

Work in this area is varied, but with an emphasis on Home Reports and private valuation reports, whilst covering some of the most scenic areas of Scotland.  A driving licence is essential, with a company car provided including for personal use. 

Suitable applicants will be:

• AssocRICS/MRICS qualified or working towards

• experienced in all levels of residential valuation reporting

• able to manage their own workload and have good communication skills
